Caddy leaking antifreeze

My Cadillac is leaking antifreeze from the over flow and its not running hot and I havent overfilled the Coolant. It was noticed when I was sitting at a stop light.

I would recommend having the radiator cap tested for pressure, or replaced as it is not expensive. If it continues, I would recommend having the cooling system tested for combustion gases, this could also explain higher than normal cooling system pressures.
