Transmission stays in 2nd 3rd? Replaced both.

Transmission stays in 2nd 3rd? Replaced both shift solenoids swapped computer fluid is great. Service light comes on but after shutting car off and back on the light is gone code history is PO52, IO52, P109 SO 60 I just bought car so I don't know the history abd the fluid looks new.

Swapped computer? Did you have it programmed? I hope it was not used as it will never work.

If you have the old one, put it back. There are many checked to be done before going there. From your description. It may be an internal failure. You need a scan tool to verify that it can shift. It can be made to shift through a scan tool to eliminate internal issues.

Swapped computer didn't make a difference still stays in same gear, put old one back in, running about 3000 rmp at 50mph
