Disconnect negative battery cable.
Remove cross-tower brace (2 nuts on each side).
Using a utility knife, cut rubber insulator at guide lines and remove metal patch plate beneath.
Remove blower motor wiring harness connector, cooling hose and mounting screws.
Remove blower motor from case.
Installation

Install patch plate and seal insulator patch.
Install cowl cross-tower brace (2 nuts on each side).
Install negative battery cable.

Use a dloor jack under the front of the subframe and remove both front frame bolts. Lower the subframe to tilt the engine forward, and you can just remove the blower mounting bolts, and the blower motor. You may also have to disconnect the upper torque strut mounts, for more tilt.
