How do you disconnect the catlact converter on 95 cadillac sedan deville

You can take it to a local muffler shop and they can remove the converter, and put a piece of exhaust pipe in it's place. If the state you live in has a polution law then the shop may not do it. If you have a polution check when the car is inspected it may not pass. The converter is small and recirculates exhaust for a cleaner emmision.

Ok the car want turn over and I think my fuel pump went out and I just parked it
