1995 Cadillac Deville Caddy was running fine

Caddy was running fine shut engine off, went to start it back up no dash lights and engine wont crank, security comes on then goes out after about 5 seconds airbag light comes on and goes out after 5 seconds abs brake light stays on all lights are dim, battery is up all fuses and circuit breakers are ok I do not see any bad wiring. Starter is ok.
