Ok I have a 1995 Buick Riviera and me and the Family was out one night getting pizza and the kids was in the back seat and ran in there and sad there is smoke coming from underneath the seats and is the Front seats ! So we drove it home and after that the seats electronic seat's will not work at all ! And on to the next issue. My battery in the car would not stay charged it was always dying in the summertime so I went out and bought a brand-new battery ! Now in the morning's it will not start at all but when it warms up it will start ! Now it will not start at all ! I jumped it and let it run for little while and turn the key off and after that it will not start at all !

Was the pizza smoky?Lol. Ok check under the seat for a burnt harness it may have partially melted. Check the battery for a draw it's under repair-battery-item 9. If just a ight draw then next tiem you try to start it an dit doesn't if you can hit the body of the starter and it starts then you need anew starter. Otherwise check underhood for the fuse and relay marked starter. You canchange relays with a like relay

One ting you have to clarify is will it turnover but not run when cold? Youi wold need to scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge. Auto parts rent gauges fuel press should be 41-47 psi with key on
