in the last 3wks have brought a new battery oil censers flushed radiatior and bottle changed fuses car still wont run plugs leads just changed have melted now coolent and white smoke is coming out exhust car will not start straight away have to hold it flat to floor for good couple of minutes

I feel that you may have a blown head gasket, i would be checking compressions, check fore signs of coolant in combustion chambers, are you loosing coolant?
