My corolla just blew a head replaced head with a recoe one all good but notice thermo fan not switching on replaced coolant sensor thermo sensor gauge sender still nothing works with aircon on and will work when thermo switched unplugged got me stumped

check the relay and is it the correct switch? or is it connected correctly

Toyota uses a different cooling fan control system and when the fan switch is unplugged, the fans would come on. System uses a continously grounded fan switch until it is broken when temperaturerange is breached.

How long did you run the engine? Is it overheating when the fans do not come on?
