I have a 1994 Toyota Celica ST Coupe 1.8. When you let it sit and idle it misses a little bit, and is idling higher than normal, When goin dwn the road and push in the clutch and coast the rpm bounces but stops when you come to a complete stop. Sometime feels when you let off the cas instead of having some back pressure its as if I had the pedal in just enough. And it all started this at the same time.

Do you have a check engine light on and when was the last tune-up?

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:

2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.
3.Lack of compression
4.False air leakage.
5.Faulty fuel injectors.
6.Insufficient fuel pressure.
7.Contaminated fuel.
8.EGR valve that is leaking.
9.Oxygen sensors.
10.Throttle position sensor.
11.Manifold absolute pressure sensor
12.Mass Airflow Sensor
13.Idle air control valve

Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it-
