what a re the many silver grease coated balls that are coming out of my front tire?

i recently changed my brake pads but noticed there was still a noise it emmitted everytime i turned. not to long ago the car became wobbly and when i stopped on the brakes and it began to scrub. as i began to examine the problem i noticed small m&m sized round balls dropping out. eight to be exact...

you were correct...it was the CV joint;)

So replaced and alls well except for bank account
