How do I change the lower belt on a 1994 Toyota Camry? The belt has been squealing off and on and upon inspection it feels like some of the belt is worn. How do I loosen it; and will it throw off the timing?

For each belt, there is an adjusting lock bolt/nut. To remove, loosen adjuster bolt/nut and remove belt, starting with the outer most belt.

The external drive belts would not affect the engine timing.

Thanks KHLow2008, I did the job, it's just that the bolts on the power steering pump is hard to get at. Changed both belts and it runs fine. Next I have to look into how involved it is to correct a noisy power steering pump. I tell my wife not to turn it to hard, but you know how that goes.
