Accelerating hard

Why the accelerate is hard ( like the plate inside the throttle is touching the body ) but give more force to it then it works normal. How to fix it.

Check throttle body for deposits as with that many miles it is probably in need of cleaning and is preventing free movement of the throttle body butterfly.
Also, check the cable and lube points of motion.
