94' Camry Running problems

I have a 94 camry and when I start it up it will crank and everything but then it will "rock" back and forth a little bit and it starts smoking. I had the hood open and when I cranked it I saw a spark, I don't know anything about cars so please help!

Start with a full tune up, you may have a short in one of the ignition leads, if you are not feeling competent to do this get a mechanic to do the tune up, start here.
