1994 Toyota 4Runner Engine mis

I traded for a 1994 toyota four runner that has a mis in the engine has 207988 miles looks to have new plugs wires and cap mis is not really bad at idle but when driving in over drive mis is really bad and is lacking power any help would be helpful.
