I figured out what was wrong, first of all the lever inside cab that switches to 4x4, is a direct rod to transfercase, and then to a vacuum switch that sends vacuum to front acuator thats vacuum operated, well I pulled off actuator and the vacuum diaphram seems to be fine, I reinstall it and rehook up vacuum lines. Witch I found out they were switched around. Cause it not to lock in.
