Here is a guide to help you test the fuses.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

So does it crank no start? Or no crank no start?

Here are the fuse panel diagrams.

Check out the diagrams (Below)

Please let us know what happens.

The button has to be pushed in order for the car to be even turne over. The light is not flashing and the battery is in good shape. It is a 5 speed and all cables and everything is in good shape. No multimeter here but will take it in on friday to a michanic that has worked on it before. They have seen this type of system (the button thing) before and have worked on others like it. The way the button works is you can't start the care without pressing it/. But the radio and all lights work but the engine won't turn over till the button is pushed. And the light will flash on the dash until you press the button and that will allow you to start the engine, because the light is not flashing so the systom doesn't work. The button has to work in order for the car to even start and when this system is not working you can't start the car.

I posted a wire diagram for the starter circuit as you can see there isn't a button in it. That's another dead give away the button was added after the car was built or the button would be in the diagram. If you had a multimeter or test light I would be more then happy to help you figure out your problem. That button probably is tapped into the yellow start wire off your ignition switch. But if your going to just take it in then let us know how it turn's out.

This is a picture of the dash and also of the remote. The light will flash untill I press the bottom button on the remote. Then the car will start.
So exactly where is the starter circuit located on the car. Was wondering if I was looking in the right spot or not.

The button isn't even centered the factory would have centered it and put it in a better place then that. The dealer installed it before you bought it we used to have cars on the lot back then that we added alarm's wheel's etc that wasn't factory that people thought they were. What does the remote say name number's etc?If I were them I would have tapped into the yellow wire coming off the ignition switch the lower cover around where you put the key in is where the switch is. The switch is opposite side of the key hole.
