How much would a garage charge to install a front crank seal in a 94 saab 9000 2.3 non turbo?

Not sure how much but r u sure it is the front crank seal that is leaking, & it is not the cyl head gasket, look where the timing chain tensioner is located check for oil in that area & look if it is running down to the side where the crank pulley is located, good luck, note if u r mechanically inclined that is a easy job to do, but u will need the engine drive belt tensioner release tool.

They would charge somewhere around $125 to $150. It is basically a do-it-yourself job.I recommend watching how the mechanic changes the seal if you plan on keeping you Saab indefinitely. Next time you will save on the labor.
