Died and will not start

Changed fuel pump and fuel relay. Have fuel to rail and spark. After it sits a while it will start and run for a few minutes.

Do you loose fuel, spark or injector pulse when it stops?

Loose fire has 40 lbs of fuel pressure and injectors are getting voltage
