1994 Plymouth Voyager Remove Head Lamps On Car There Three Screws That Two

I can not remove the head lamps on the car. There are three screws that I can see. Two also adjust the aim point of the lamp. The third screw seems to not be removable. I can not find any matching point that works. I have noticed a long alan type rod that seems to head down from above the last screw. does this alan type screw have anything to do with removing the last screw in place? Is it like a set screw.

Yes, that has to come out. They made it that long so you could reach it easily, otherwise you'd have to fish the screw down 6" to put it in. Chrysler made the job real easy with those long heads.
