ca18det/sr20de information needed

hey, in australia p-plate laws state forced induction is allowed if its in the power range 125kw/1000kg which is allowing ca18det to be placed in an s13, this is the car im wanting. you can choose to have an sr20de non turbo or a ca18det turbo, i want the fastest one :p so im just wondering which would be fastest.. 2L sr20de non turbo or 1.8L ca18det turbo?? thanks.
