1994 Pathfinder Has a High Idle after 10-15mins of driving

I have replaced the Motor Last Winter and now have approx 5500 miles on the new motor and now after driving for 10-15mins when coming to a stop it will idle at roughly 1700 rpms. How do I locate the cause? Ther is no Check engine light, the only other symptom is my gas mileage is getting worse.

Check and test the IACV-AAC and TPS to include vacuum leak

Clean the IACV-AAC with a carb cleaner and see what happens
