Car whines over but doesnt fire car has spark etc bit still wont go, started up 24 hours ago but wouldnt idle and then stald wont start up now.

Car has a timing chain wondering how i time it properly

Check compressions and check spark, injection pulse and fuel pressure, scan for codes as well start here.
