Starter turns the engine over, but no fuel and no spark.

I have a 1994 Mitsubishi Galant ES with the 2.4L SOHC. The engine will turn over but it will not start. I noticed that it was not getting any fuel, so I replaced the fuel pump and filter. I still was not getting anything so I then replaced the 3 ECU's behind the center console. They did come out of a junkyard car. Then I was getting fuel, but it seemed like there was something plugging it up at the fuel rail and I also noticed that it was not getting any spark. The "new" ECU's only lasted a few days before the new fuel pump burnt up. So I am wondering, is there a main relay that could have blown, causing everything electrical to blow out or could it be the ignition. I am lost on this one, please help if you can.

Did you actually test anything or did you just throw parts at it? The fuel pump should not be running except for one second after turning on the ignition switch, and again during engine rotation, (cranking or running). No spark, no fuel pump, and no injector pulses all have one thing in common. All are powered through the automatic shutdown relay which is turned on by the Engine Computer when it sees engine rotation. It knows that by the pulses from the camshaft position sensor and the crank shaft position sensor. Failure of one of those sensors is WAY more common than even one failed computer or a failed fuel pump.

The fuel pump and main relay is located under the radio. Check if they are working correctly and ensure the grounding circuits are good.
