I have a question I just changed my tie rods inner and outer both sides. I do not think my alignment is correct cause when I turn it sounds like it rubbing or vibrating, also when I hit a bump it seems as if the steering wants to jump back and forth how do I fix this. Im guessing I have to move the tire rods in or out. Wat is the proper angle for the tires? If this is in fact the issue.

Get a shop to do an alignment. You cannot do it by sight or tape measure.
