1994 Jeep Wrangler Just Did Tune On Yj Replaced Wires Plugs Air Filter

Just did a tune up on my YJ replaced the Wires, Plugs, air filter and distributor cap. Its starts up fine however once it gets hot it begins to spit and sputter. It does the same thing at stop lights and in gear, just more pronounced. Once moving it evens out. I do not know how to resolve this and I need the jeep to operate correctly. Hope you have a few suggestions.
