I always encounter cel at low speed but my car runs good code 10 flash when I diagnose it

Temperature/Resistance values for the Intake Air Temperature Sensor are given below.
Sensor values are monitored by the On-board Diagnostic function of the Engine Control Module (ECM) and detected problems will set Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 10.

Intake Air temperature Resistance
-4 F (-20 C) 20K Ohms
32 F (0 C) 5K Ohms
104 F (40 C) 1K Ohms
176 F (80 C) 350 Ohms
248 F (120 C) 100 Ohms

I already done that procedure once cel was gone for 1day use but now its back

Did the sensor, including the new have the correct readings? If so, then check wiring and the last is the ecm
