Honda haunted radiator fan

My 94 honda accord lx 2.2 SOHC radiator fan will not run when car is and when I turn the car off it kicks on I have already replaced the relay and the fan module under the dash and nothing has changed the situation im a single mom and dont have the money to pay for a mechanic to help me out so I would really appreciate some help here

Check fuse 4 and 8 under the dash and fuse 34 in the engine compartment.

Check the fan switch, located on top of thermostat housing. Disconnect the switch and use a jumper wire across the wire socket terminals. Turn ignition switch on and if both fans starts working, the fan switch is faulty.
