My 94 Thunderbird wont start it will turn over and the fuel pump cycles

I put in a 4.6 dohc from a 98 lincoln mark 8 it ran fine I put mark 8 maf in and thaught I need a 94 mark 8 computer turns out I need a 96 computer but wen I put my tbird computer back in I bent the prongs so when the 96 marks 8 computer came in the mail I put it in turned over but didnt start and fuel pump didnt cycle check the ecm it was fine check the fuses buy the battery the blue 20a was popped put new one in fuel pump cycled and it still turned over but still didnt start

Disconnect the battery for about 5 minutes. While disconnected check all the fuses and replace if necessary. Diconnecting the battery will clear out the errors found in the computer. Then reattach the battery. If the car does not start have it scanned. If it does start and run it will take about 50 miles of driving before the computer will completly reset.
