1994 Ford Probe rough idle

I have ford probe gt turbo that just traded my truck for it has 171000 miles and from California been noticing lately it files rough and around 500 to 800rpm and when I go to press accelerator other then tapping it it all but stalls and wants to die unless I put it to floor I don't know what the issue is it hasn't thrown a check engine light and I run 93 octane fuel plz help

Did you mean it feels rough between 500 and 800 rpm's? Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Have you checked the IAC?

No this is my first ford if it was Toyota I'd have it fixed everyone keeps telling me injectors but it hasn't thrown a check engine light only when I get after it and it stalls out does the light come on then I pull over turn it off and it's gone and run fine till I try and get up to speed

For the rough idle, I would check to make sure there are no engine vacuum leaks. Also, check the idle air control valve. One last thing, check fuel pump pressure to make sure it is within the manufacturer's specs.
