I have to start off in 2nd gear once I reach 30 miles and hour I can shift to Drive. Once it goes below 30 I have to shift back to 2nd gear. I been doing this for 2 years. What causes this?

More than likely your trans needs an overhaul as either the roller clutch is shot inside or one of the clutch paks has either a seal bad or clutches are burnt up.
