1994 Chrysler Concorde wont stat

Car was running great battery died replaced battery and altenator nom when we hook up battery horn wont quit car turns over fine no dash lights etc.

If you think it is the security system, before reconnecting battery, insert door key into driver side door lock. Connect battery cables/s and cycle driver side door lock once. Vehicle may now be started.

That info is a relearn procedure. Since you already hooked up battery cables, I don't know if it will work of not? You can take battery cable loose, then try the procedure.

If anybody else has any ideas, jump in.
