Engine will just die while driving

Chevy s10 pickup truck 94 2 wheel drive 4.3 engine I have a 94 chevy s10 pickup truck and when im driving down the road the truck will just die on me and ive put a new fuel pump a new gas filter and new spark plugs in it and it still does it ive had people tell me they cant hear my fuel pump kick in when

Check fuel pressure and spark when the problem occurs.

Well idk nothing about that I would have to take it to the shop for that but could it be possible that it is the relay switch for the fuel pump

Yes. You can rent or borrow a fuel pump tester from somewhere like Advanced or Autozone. It will come with directions on how to use it.

Checking spark is a matter of twisting and pulling the spark plug boot off the plug and inserting a Phillips screwdriver into the boot all the way. Hold the handle over the screwdriver over a good source of ground on the engine and have someone try and start it. You should see AND hear the spark. Nice bright blueish white color and audible.
