When I put it in gear if I stomp on it rpms will shoot up if I give it gas easy its fine

Have a trans guy look at it and make sure fluid is full. Sounds like a clutch pak problem.

Yeah I was afraid clutch is going I don't think its been changed since factory. I was hoping it was just a bad sensor on transmission because it goes in gear easy shifts easy just that
