How to remove 1994 cadilac 4.9L engine fuel pressure regulator.

On the 4.9L, I believe the regulator is serviced along with the fuel rail. It is probably going to require removal of that. Interference is caused by the power steering pump bracket the most. It can be weaseled around the EGR valve.
