My car hesitating when u push the gas and it backfires when it does it if I push the gas hard it smooths out sometimes I have put a water pump I got a tune up I got fuel filter and a fuel regulator

CEL on? Sounds like maybe TPS or it's running to lean for other reasons like OX sensor or there's a VAC leak.
