Pass key default on 1994 Cadillac Brougham. Codes that came up in 01 mode were 26 122, 125, 126, 130, 131 What do they all mean?

Not familiar with what 01 mode is, or the codes. Let's focus on the symptom. Does it not crank, and is the pass lock fault light on? Have you tried a second key(if you have one). If you have(or have no second key), the next thing to check would be the continuity of the ignition lock cylinder. There should be a connector near the base of the column, or a orange conduit with two small white wires coming out of it. A simple resistance check across these wires with the key in and rotated through all ranges, will reveal a problem. The resistance should stay near the same as the key pellet value, at all times.
