Why does my car need to cool before it will restart?

My car oil pressure drops when I take my foot off the gas. Sounds perfect and no other problems as far as gages go. But once I cut off the engine I have to let it cool down before I can drive start it ain.

Alright when it wont start does it crank and no start?Or no crank no start?

Cranks but no start. Just changed the fuel pump. Starter, Battery, Alt

Do you have a nice blue spark when it doesn't. Start?

Do you have any codes in the computer? Have the coolant sensor checked too, both are critical in hot starts
