1994 Buick La Crosse and it has tested my every last nerve. About 7 months ago I had to replace the crankshaft pulley, when I did that I replaced the crankshaft position sensor. 3 days later the car mysteriously died on me and then restarted right away then died again and wouldn't start. I was baffled as to why it did this, I then went to try and fix the car 2 days later and it started right up, it didn't die on me until 3 weeks ago. This time it did the same thing, it died then restarted and died again, a couple days later the car started up and ran just fine until I got home. Ever since I got it home it only runs for about 5 minutes at most then just shuts off. When it runs, it runs smooth and fine with no check engine light. I know it's getting fuel, it won't run because it's not getting any spark. I have tested all of the prongs that come out of the ignition module to make sure that they are getting power and they all are. I have replaced the ignition module, the ECM, ignition packs, and the camshaft senor. The security light is not staying on so I know it's not the security system deactivating the ignition. Somebody help before I beat this car with a hammer. Thanks, Tony

As good as that might feel. You might have a bad crank sensor, or damaged wiring at it. Recheck that carefully and see if it is getting trigger from it.
