My ECU can't read my battery input, I have a new battery, my positive wire show no sign of corrosion is it possible that the wire is damaged internally? And my fuel pump turn slow but when I run straight power it runs normal and gas comes out but when it's hooked up regulator it tickle.

Start with your battery cables. Make sure the ground cable is tight and tight on both ends. If you can read the voltage at he ecm plug with a meter youll know if youre getting full battery power there or not. The ecm has a minimum voltage requirement. A loose ground or power cable can cause both no ecm and a slow fuel pump that runs fine when jumped to the battery
