Hesitation between shifting

I have a 1994 318i and there I a hesitation between shifting, like a lack of fuel. I replaced spark plugs because it was quick and easy and it still happens. Could it be dirty fuel injectors and if so what can I use to clean them? Is there a product on the market that I can add to the fuel to help clean them?

Best way is a professional cleaning but check vacuum lines for leaks
I use spray throttle body cleaner when the idle changes as you spray, you have found a leak. Don't forget the PCV.
