1994 Acura Integra Car starts to sputter

Whenever I first start it a d it acts like it wants to not start but then it starts but sputters. When I rev it up it eventually stops. And when I turn on my a/c the car squeals. The car sat for a while with no oil, brake fluid, and no power steering fluid, I refilled all the fluids and replaced the thermostat. But now the car is having the sputtering problem. Can you help?

As far as the squeal you get with the AC on, check the belt. It sounds loose. For the running problem, check fuel pump pressure and make sure it is within the manufacturer's specs. Also, check to make sure there are no vacuum leaks on the engine. If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned for trouble codes.
