Somehow the power steering pump lost a bolt and a piece that connects it. It's back on but now the belt can't get tight enough. It runs ok but finally started squeaking. What is the belt size and can I get one a half inch or inch shorter?

if a bolt came out then replacing it you may have put it in wrong place. recheck your work and if you wan tto put a shorter belt on then check with auto parts. but it may be a bad tensioner as well.
