My heater takes ages to warm up and only get luke warm. How can i make them hotter?

coolant is new and full and it has been bled properly. It has had a new thermostat.

Check the heater control valve and the air blend door/actuator to include the heater core-

At the firewall there are two heater hose. One of it would have a valve that is controlled by a cable. Ensure the valve is fully open when heater is used.
Did you try back flushing the heater core? they can get clogged up pretty bad if coolant was not replaced previously.

Get a repair manual and start with the heater control valve if its funcioning correctly-
