93 toyota 4x4 pickup truck will die while driving and sputter sometimes. It will also die when you slow down too. What could this be?

Hello,

If this is an intermittent issue, it can be due to worn or dirty components.
It could be due to dirty throttle body, worn mass air flow sensor, weak spark plugs, dirty fuel filter etc.
The best course of action would be to inspect those components and clean or replace them as necessary.
For example, cleaning out the throttle body, mass air flow sensor. Inspect the spark plugs for wear and gap, replace if necessary. Replace air filter, fuel filter etc.
