Cyl 1 -150psi
cyl 2 -150psi
cyl 3 -150psi
cyl 4 - 85psi
what does this mean and is this is what makes the car idle rough. What can I do about it and how long will my car last? Is there a short fix? Cheers

Your problem here could be valves/rings to actually find out, get a cylinder leakage test-

That is not a "leakdown" test. That was a compression test. A leakdown test will give you a better idea where the pressure went.
