Why won't my car fan turn off?

I have a 93 Toyota Camry. The fans just recently comes and stay on when I turn the key on. This is from the get go -a cold engine. The oil level is fine as well as the radiator fluid. The thermostat reads normal when the car reaches operating temp. Please help me with my concerns !

Check and test the coolant temperature sensor and fan relay

Most likely a stuck fan relay.
