1993 Toyota Camry was running rough.

1st running great. Then every now and then would be parked but on and die. Then started running really rough. Now it will turn over start then die. I have replaced the spark plugs, replaced the ECR sensor and now am stumped on what else I can check. I unfortunately do not have the funds to take it to a shop and apparently the auto stores only read check engine lights from 96' and up, Please help if at all possible with ideas Thanks

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge autoparts rent it. See pics to retrieve codes and watch dash a light will flash in series, like 2 times then 1 time 21 etc.
