My car will start and run fine till it warms up then it bogs out like if I stop at a light and try and take off like it has no power then all of the sudden it takes off I changed the cat converter thinking that was the problem but its no I also rebuilt the tranny a couple of months ago

Is the Check Engine Light indicating and when was a tune-up last performed?

Check/test the fuel pressure.

No the check engine light is not on we did the plugs recently
