I would say that you have another failed fuel pump, did you fit a new pump or a used pump?

I had replaced with a new pump.
Is it due to car running on lpg and because machenical fuel pump remains engaged causing damage to the diaphram of fuel pump?

With the car on LPG, the fuel shut off valve will stop fuel entering the carby, this will cause a pressure to build up on the top of the Diagrapham and pushes the Diagrapham into a no pump position, the lever still operates of the cam but with out load, if you have a problem with the pump I would look into an electrical pump conversion, this is not a very expensive thing to do, an you will no longer have a mechanical pump to let you down.
