Re: "Our 1993 Saturn SL2 engine stalls when under load. This has been occurring for the past two weeks with increasing frequency. Our engine is the 1.9 litre twin cam engine. The vehicle has 119,000 Kilometres or 74,375 miles. The service engine soon light doest not come on. It is in working condition. I checked this when the engine is off and the ignition is on. Could someone please advice what needs to be replaced. Thank you."

We tried your advise and replaced the spark plugs. The engine is running as good as new. Thank you again.

I need some more details so it stalls while driving?Does it restart right away when it stalls or do you have to wait for it to cool down?Do you ever have to hold the gas pedal all the way to floor to start the car?Does it happen when the engine is hot or cold?Have you checked for codes by flashing the service engine soon light?
